Welcome to My Indeego Pipeline, a B2B lead generation and demand generation platform operated by My Indeego Pipeline Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.indeegopipeline.com, mobile applications, APIs, dashboards, lead delivery systems, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

1. Definitions

• “User,” “You,” “Your” – Any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
• “Client” – A registered business entity subscribing to paid Services.
• “Leads” – Contact records, buyer intent data, or account intelligence delivered through the Services.
• “Content” – Text, data, images, reports, or materials uploaded, generated, or displayed via the Services.
• “Intellectual Property” – Trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and proprietary methodologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet all eligibility requirements.
• All registration information is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information.

Use by minors under 18 is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access core features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete registration details.
• Use a strong, unique password.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@myindeegopipeline.com.

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security violations.

4. Services Description

My Indeego Pipeline provides B2B lead generation and demand generation services, including but not limited to:

• Intent-based lead identification and scoring
• Account-based marketing (ABM) intelligence
• Multi-channel outreach automation
• CRM integration and data enrichment
• Campaign performance analytics and reporting
• Custom audience building and segmentation

Services are delivered on a subscription or per-campaign basis as outlined in your Order Form or Service Agreement.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Pricing

All fees are listed on our pricing page or in your custom quote. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 15 days before renewal.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, ACH.
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

5.3 Refunds

No refunds for partial months. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle. Custom campaigns are non-refundable post-launch.

6. Lead Quality and Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee leads meet predefined criteria (industry, title, company size, intent signals) at the time of delivery. You must report invalid leads within 7 business days with evidence. Valid replacements are issued at our discretion. We do not guarantee conversion rates, sales outcomes, or response rates.

7. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Use leads solely for legitimate B2B purposes.
• Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and all anti-spam laws.
• Not resell, redistribute, or repackage leads without written consent.
• Not use Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
• Provide accurate targeting criteria and campaign assets.

8. Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Interfere with platform security or performance.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in bulk without API access.
• Use Services to harass, defame, or spam third parties.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, algorithms, dashboards, and branding are owned by My Indeego Pipeline or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Services during your subscription. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a royalty-free license to process it for service delivery.

10. Data Ownership and Usage

You own your customer data. We own aggregated, anonymized insights derived from platform usage. Leads delivered remain our intellectual property until full payment; post-payment, you receive a perpetual license for internal use.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information (pricing, methodologies, lead sources) and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law. This obligation survives termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy or completeness of leads
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Indeego Pipeline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Indeego Pipeline, its officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of leads or Services
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Breach of these Terms

15. Termination

15.1 By You

Cancel anytime via account settings or written notice. No refunds for remaining term.

15.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for:

• Non-payment
• Breach of Terms
• Illegal or harmful conduct

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access ceases immediately. You must delete all leads within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We may retain data as required by law.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, government actions).

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Both parties waive jury trial rights.

18. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

19. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with your Order Form and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Indeego Pipeline.
